4 | green onions, sliced | ||

2 | slices | tomato | |

2 | hamburger buns | ||

2 | tablespoons | crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato | |

freshly ground black pepper | |||
|
Mix spinach, onions and water in a medium saucepan; cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until spinach is wilted.
Grill the burgers to desired doneness. Place tomatoes and burgers on bottom half of buns; top with spinach and feta cheese; season with pepper to taste.
